All sponsor ads will be included in all programs for the entirety of the concert season. If sponsored mid-concert season (August – July), the sponsor may choose to have the advertisement pro-rated for the remainder of the season or to suspend the full-priced package benefits to be placed in the programming for the next concert season.

Advertiser agrees to furnish publisher-ready art. JPG or PDF format is preferred. A charge of $15 will be assessed if typesetting or layout is required. Payments can be made by clicking here or with a check made payable to Pride of Indy Bands, sent to the address listed below.
The Pride of Indy Bands reserves the right to reject ads for any reason. Indy Rainbow Chamber of Commerce members receive a 10% discount!
